Package Your Items
Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and documentation are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
